If you could have me write a fic specifically for you, what would it be like? Fandom (duh), characters/pairing, genre, plot elements, kinks... what's your ideal fic from me?

Even better, Utopia happens, Master starts plan on Earth with Lucy.
Doctor, Rose and Jack comes back.

Then mix SoD/AoG/LotTL/Doomsday in a blender.
The Toclofan vs Daleks vs Cyberman with humanity caught in the middle.

This is getting rather complicated! I don't do all-inclusive huge RTD-style finales well. :( Need to simplify this idea before it might be viable.

Hmmm how to simplify it.

Well without including the finales at all.
Rose/Doctor come across Master/Lucy.
Pre-AoG/DD for R/D and pre-SoD/LotTL for Master/Lucy.

Or just going back to Utopia taking place in s2 for R/D.

Yup.
Maybe Rose even makes The Doctor bring Jack into the TARDIS to discuss things before letting them go exploring.

Now the other problem is, would Rose know what the Watch was?
Would you alude to HN/FoB having happened with them as well? (or write it cause I love AUs of those eps)
Even better if Jack jumps on the TARDIS when they're leaving that adventure (meaning he's Jack from 1913 and he came there on a Torchwood mission.

Problems, problems, problems....

Yeah, if Rose recognizes the fob watch, then you'd have to have her in HN/Fob... and given how hung up on Rose John Smith's subconscious was, I doubt you'd see him courting Nurse Redfern when Rose is around. Complicated!

And I'm sure that John Smith would think she was his wife or finacee not his maid.
Then again, they could land sometime after 1980 - before 2000 and she could just be his flatmate.
Different situations all together.
And maybe they were in another country, like Austrailia or America, instead of England.

So either you imply that HN/FoB happened or that Rose found out about the Chameleon Arch and the Watch some other way.

Now if the Doctor and Jack are forced to talk before they encounter Yana what differences would that make?

I imagine the Doctor wouldn't be nearly as forthcoming as to why he left Jack and what had happened to him if he knew Rose was listening. That conversation would likely be very different.

I'm assuming by this point knows about her going Bad Wolf. (cause she knew in DD)
So maybe she demands an explaination.
And if he still won't tell Jack then Rose can tell him she'll go to another part of the TARDIS and they can have their discussion without her if thats what he wants.

I wouldn't be so certain that she knows about herself being the bad wolf - while she does have a small laugh at the irony of the name of the bay in Doomsday, the fact that she and the Doctor kept running into the words 'bad wolf' had already been discussed. She didn't know that Jack could come back to life in Journey's End, obviously - and this really wasn't explained well by the script.

And oooh - you could have interesting things happen if the Doctor tells Rose to go to the TARDIS while he talks to Jack. Either she refuses to go and they argue, or she's in the TARDIS when the Master nicks it.

I meant that she at least knew that she was Bad Wolf and what she did to the Daleks, and possibly that the Doctor saved her. Not what she did to Jack though.

Also I was thinking more along the lines of Rose drags them back into the TARDIS straight off and then after she feels things are better they finally go explore the planet.

Well by Doomsday she knows about her absorbing the Vortex and destroying the Daleks. How she knows that or if that is the extent of her knowledge we don't know.

I had to have a giggle at this. Whenever my kidlings want something that I don't approve of and they're going on about it? I tell them 'Talk to the hand' - with my hand up, of course. That's their cue to stoppit. *grins*
