They don't consume... *right* So that means they aren't supporting local businesses and are anti-capitalism then right? :)

Freebies aren't consuming, they're part of the perks and as we both know, don't get in the way of a politician and his perks.

I would love to see a caravan of smart cars, as it is I imagine Denver has been inundated with black SUV's as well...
