I'm really psyched about the books. How much you want to bet that the website will be UK-only? hrm. I have a bunch of sci-fi nuts on my friend's list. I should offer to proxy for them, if they proxy for me. I'm not interested in the contest. I just want content. :)

Given the problem of content copyright, they'll probably make it UK-only. But I do hope I'm wrong.

Also, if they're written at the "level" of Sarah Jane Adventures, those are not young adult/teen books, those are middle-reader books. There's a big difference in the reading audience, writing and vocabulary level, content, and especially marketing. I wish people could keep that straight. (Yeah, I'm a git about that -- the one seriously useless degree [well, except I do actually use it from time to time in my work] I went for was an MA in Children's Literature. :) )
