byronczimmer has the same issue with one of his knees, although it usually pops back in on its own fairly quickly. The one thought-we'd-need-an-ambulance-'cos-it-wasn't-going-back-in incident happened the week before our wedding - fortunately it still went back in, it just took several minutes rather than the few seconds it normally does.
