If it's out from the kids' division, it's probably a single-volume hardback collection of all the Doctor Who Files character/monster profile books from the RTD era. Although I have a couple of them and to my knowledge they never put enough of them out to constitute 500 pages of anything, so my guess is they're revamped and updated with lots of extra pictures and the like.
