I think there'd be a market too, but you're probably unlikely to get it, given that it is 'A Children's Show'. Much for the same reasons that TPTB have given when they say that the Doctor will never appear as a character on 'Torchwood'. SJA is a different story, as the Doctor reportedly turns up in a short scene in the next series.
