Latest news at 3 Jan: David Tennant has made good progress following his recent back operation and began some rehearsals yesterday in preparation for his return to the title role in Hamlet. He is rehearsing again today and although there are no guarantees, at this point we are not ruling out that he may be able to perform this evening, Saturday 3 January. If he does, Edward Bennett will return to his original role as Laertes, along with Tom Davey, Ricky Champ and Robert Curtis who will play Guildenstern, Lucianus, and Francisco.

We will be assessing David's return to each Hamlet performance next week on a day by day basis. Please check our website from 10am each day for an update on that evening’s performance. The production ends its run at the Novello Theatre on 10 January.

DT Returns In Tonight's Performance of Hamlet

I haven't been able to see the Confidential yet, but I've just noticed... does the background behind DT in this video scream 'New House!' to anyone else? For those who have seen it, do they say in the Confidential where DT's interview was filmed?
