Um... yeah? *blushes* I had that idea kicking around in my head while trying to figure out how to plausibly give the Master an extra set of regenerations after Series 3 had aired. That and a dream about a race of telepaths who totally took advantage of poor Ten helped. The telepaths became the Sisters, and voila... you has fic!
