Stuffs

For those outside the UK, the Doctor Who DVD Files are finally available online! For a fee, of course, but you can peruse the first two issues for free.

Link here: http://magazine.dwfiles.com/index.odl

Hit the green 'Browse by Issue' button to page through.

Also, the cover for the upcoming update for DK's DW Visual Dictionary is out, book to be released on April 20th. Man, there's a lot of books coming out in April....

Oooh. That sounds like that could be incredibly helpful. That's the one kicker for Amazon UK - that fecking shipping cost.

Not to mention when they randomly decide you need to sign for a shipment - B and I just had to run to our local postal depot today to pick up a shipment that I had assumed was stalled in customs, but was in fact getting ready to be turned around because I hadn't come to pick it up yet. *grumble*

Bookstore Depository is great. My only issue is you might have to wait for stuff for a while, and they don't provide you with a tracking number, but then again, I don't believe Amazon UK does either. Also, you might want to note that the price you see for pre-orders will go up as you approach the actual release date. So...if you're going to pre-order, do it at least two weeks in advance before the price starts to go up. Also, if the price goes down after you've pre-ordered, they'll give you the low price, just like Amazon does.

Oooh... good thing you nabbed it. Anything good?
