I'm pretty good at deciphering crap handwriting, but before I make the effort, has this been done already? If so, link?

I haven't gotten the journal myself yet, so haven't had a chance to decipher it...but when the ep first aired I went through and deciphered everything from screen shots. LINK!

Some of the screen shots are much easier to read, as the shrunken size of the images in the toy Journal have made darker areas completely inscrutable.
