I BELIEVE (I'm on a different computer at the moment)its in the following location:
Control Panel--->Regional/Language Settings---> (the option menu will comeup) click on the Languages Tab--->Supplemental Language Support (Install Files for East Asian Languages *tic that box) THEN go to Text Services and Input Languages Details---> Advanced--->Compatibility Configuration *tick Extend Support of Advance Text Services to all Programs*(ok)---> then you will be back at "settings" Installed Services --->Add --> Input Language ---> Japanese(ok-back at "settings in the Text Services and Input Languages Menu) Set your Language Bar Preferences--> Click OK on all menus to set and exit
Make sure you have your install disks nearby JUST in case your computer requires teh install files for East Asian Languages. :3
