There's always been speculation that it *would* be Halloween, and the whispers are getting louder. And I saw what looked like possibly someone's very good mockup of the red BBC One logo with the title and the word 'Halloween' at the bottom - I wish I would have grabbed that, because I can't for the life of me remember where I saw it.
Freshly arrived while I was out the door to the convention I worked over the weekend: Prisoner of the Daleks audiobook (which I ordered since they had the good sense to have Nick Briggs do it), and Autonomy.
Amusing thing from the con I figure you'll appreciate: I always bring whatever the latest Who stuff has been for folks to watch, and as a result we've ended up in the past several years with running metric craptons of Who in the suite, which has led to some people assuming that the people running it are the reason it's on. I kid you not, we ended up running TND and PotD four times each this weekend, plus the Confidentials, at the request of convention attendees. And then people were distressed we didn't have moreWho. *snerk*
Was up ridiculous amounts over the weekend (doesn't help, being staff), so-so bed at the hotel, and finally came home and crashed yesterday... and then woke up at 2 in the morning with a backache. Up again until 8.30, and then back to bed until nowish.
