Spamming you because I can....
There's more new pics from Hamlet out - I'm sure you've all seen most of them, but here's a variation on one that I haven't seen pop up on my friends pages yet:

Note that you can see Patrick Stewart's lovely face in this one.
There's also a nice interview in today's Guardian with Gregory Doran, the director of Hamlet. Linkie here: http://www.guardian.co.uk/stage/2008/aug/03/theatre.rsc

Those two working together is like when old slightly psychotic fandoms collide. Which could be considered appropriate since they're doing Hamlet (wanna see! *pouts*)

This DVD is rapidly moving it's way from the "want category" to the "omg NEED" category.

I just don't think there was any way David was going to be prepared for this. I mean, he and John Barrowman could go to the grocery store in Cardiff during lunch breaks, still in costume, and not get hassled. But if someone's in Stratford, and they ain't from there? They're there to see him, 9.5 times out of 10. Egads.

Stealth squee = drooling. Drooling over Hamlet is perfectly acceptable.

I *could* probably swing a Saturday show (ie leave on a Friday, fly back on a Saturday), but the sleep deprivation would be painful - plus, there's no way the hubby would go for that.
