The Moffat quotes sound familiar - from Comic Con maybe? Either way, that looks a little out-of-context.
As for NYC, I doubt that'll happen as DT is scheduled to start work on the DW specials after Hamlet closes in January. Which is unfortunate, because he could probably wander around NYC unaccosted.
