True, but didn't Noel Clarke say at this years BAFTAs that he wouldn't be on DW again? Just Torchwood?

That might've been true as far as he knows. More to the point, if he's not an employee of the BBC (which he's not), he's not held to the same Ofcom standards that say he's not allowed to lie. :)
