The Microfic Meme - shamelessly stolen from
lil_1337!
The subject? DW, of course! *laughs*
Angst: "Rose, no," he murmured as he clutched her tightly.
AU: "This'll be interesting... with the two of you," Rose said.
Crackfic: "Doctor, you've regenerated into... a cat," she said in disbelief.
Crossover: "Remove your TARDIS from my ship - at once!" Picard bellowed.
First Time: "Rose, I... oh," he said as she sank onto him.
Fluff: She softly kissed his temple, trying not to wake him.
Humor: "Ah, Jackie... thought you were... erm, I'll just be going."
H/C: Cool fingers curled around hers. "Shhhh... it's ok. Lie still."
Smut: "Oh!" she cried out as his clever tongue teased her.
UST: He swallowed hard, watching intently as she devoured the banana.

Date: 2009-01-12 04:06 pm (UTC)Yes! Poor Doctor! Poor Rose! And poor Dimitri!
Dammit, I somehow managed to scorch the coffee. Grrrrrrr!
(no subject)
Date: 2009-01-12 04:18 pm (UTC)I hope your mom is alright!!! (Fic aside)
XD;;; ugh... sorched coffee is... blech. Granted, while I like coffee alright (black if it's nasty cheapo stuff, covered in sugar in milk if it's anything good), Tea is my vice of choice. <333333333333 mmmmmm... I crave a cuppa now. XD; I had one this morning... I could TOTALLY use another.

Date: 2009-01-12 04:27 pm (UTC)She's doing ok, it's just finally gotten to the point where something has to be done, y'know?
I had to get rid of it (the coffee). And that's saying a lot. *grins*

Date: 2009-01-12 04:32 pm (UTC)Ugh, yeah, definitely understand that. I hope everything goes well. I'll keep her in my thoughts.
XD;;; I have uh... water and satsumas? A sad lack of caffeine.

Date: 2009-01-12 04:47 pm (UTC)I'm going to do a curbside and see if the procedure is as gruesome as I remember. *crosses fingers for improvement*
Ooooh, you are lacking. I don't suppose you can keep anything at work with the rodent situation, can you? Has it improved at all?

Date: 2009-01-12 04:59 pm (UTC)Ugh, no. I don't even keep STUFF here anymore. I'd say yes? It has gotten better around my desk. I haven't seen anything here BUT there's a new one in the breakroom... the one that Ken cleaned. I'm not touching ANYTHING in there. Which is, sadly, where our coffee is too.

Date: 2009-01-12 05:11 pm (UTC)Ewwwwwwww. That is not on. I wouldn't touch anything in there either.

Date: 2009-01-12 05:22 pm (UTC)Yeah. I...I need out of here. Preferably before the mice take over.

Date: 2009-01-12 05:55 pm (UTC)And yes - you need a better job. So no exterminator, eh?
(no subject)
Date: 2009-01-12 06:03 pm (UTC)Yes, YES I do. ODDLY enough! Speak of the Devil. Our monthly BUG exterminator came by... he set out 3 traps in the break room and 3 traps in the art office >:3 He agrees this is a problem, whether or not Pat asked? THANK GOD! Though, I'm pretty sure Scott said something. I think he's paranoid I'll leave before he does. XD;

Date: 2009-01-12 06:13 pm (UTC)Oh yay - traps! So who gets the responsibility for checking/replacing them?
(no subject)
Date: 2009-01-12 06:43 pm (UTC)Oh! No idea, but I'm NOT touching them. *shudder* I'm sure Ken or one of the other guys will. Ken's taken care of 3 already. :/ Poor guy.

Date: 2009-01-12 09:30 pm (UTC)Based on the experience of my best friend's mother... no. Not even with multiple doctors recommending it. Her primary and her oncologist conspired to do one anyway when she had to have a lumpectomy... and, of course, insurance was then required to cover the simultaneous corrective procedure to make them evenly sized.
