I live in Apopka, FL 45 mins outside Disney. I have no car. No one seems to be hiring. Or if they are, they just aren't hiring me. I've been unemployed for over a year.
I can see how the car thing would be counter productive.
I'm running into the same thing with no one hiring. I've been trying to get out of my shit job for over a year now. I'm either under qualified, people are on hiring freezes, not local, or... well... lord knows what else.
I'm in a rather small area of KS, so that kinda leaves finding "local" venues in my career... out.
*hughug* It took me about a year to find the job I have now, it's taking me longer to get out of it. I hope you're able to find something tho. I know a lot of people having the same problem, unemployed after school/can't find anything. It's just all sorts of shitty at the mo.
